Hot stone is a beautiful warming massage treatment. Smooth stones made of basalt are placed on specific points of the body. Whilst other areas are massaged with the stones.

It is used as a way to relax, ease tense muscles & soothe soft tissues. A deeper pressure can be achieved with the use of heat, aiding the release of knots & tension deep within the muscles. Hot stone massage encourages expansion of the blood vessels, improving the circulation throughout the whole body.
Cold stones may also be used during the treatment, depending on your personal circumstance following your initial consultation.

Combination Treatments from £55
All treatments are created bespoke to you & your needs on the day following a consultation. Using a holistic approach to give you the most benefit from your session. You may decide to combine a massage treatment with Reflexology or Reiki energy healing, or decide to add botanical CBD into an aromatherapy massage to receive the benefits of both essential oils & cannabidiol. You may benefit from receiving a scalp massage at the end of your treatment for example if your holding tension in the neck or have been suffering from headaches.
By choosing a combination treatment your needs are met physically & energetically. Crystals & sound are also used in combination treatments. Followed by an in depth discussion afterwards to talk through anything that has come through during a session, to myself as your channel for healing & also to unravel your own experience, to see what it may mean for you.
